• To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
• The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after your item(s) has been received. 

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Trendzz.ca E-Gift Card. Sale items not accepted.

Terms & Conditions

• All sale items are FINAL. No returns. No exceptions
• Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in new condition with original tags attached, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, unworn and unwashed.
• Undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits are non-returnable.
• To report any damage or to make a Return Request please email us at support@trendzz.ca.
• Once a request has been received an email with a Return Request form will be sent.
• A Return Request form must be included with all returns including all other paperwork, packaging, and accessories.
• If these are not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues and/or delays in processing.
• When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a return form or packing slip from each order returned.
• Once your return is fully processed, returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. 
• Online credits are sent via email to the email provided at checkout.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Trendzz.ca is not responsible for any return shipping costs and a prepaid return label will not be provided. 
• We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery date. 
• Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
• Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
• Trendzz.ca is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
• Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 
• Refused packages and packages unable to be delivered or returned to sender for invalid and/or missing information, will be restocked and charged with a 50% restocking fee.
• Without proof of receipt and delivery, Trendzz.ca will not issue store credit for your returns.
• Returned items must be reordered as we are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system.
• We do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
• Non-Trendzz.ca items shipped to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Note: Trendzz.ca reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Trendzz.ca reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
